Acting Chairman for CEOs who want to grow as leaders and scale their startup
Mano a Mano Reflections is the 1:1 version of MrPink VC’s Reflexiones program. It’s designed for startup CEOs who want to grow as leaders while scaling their company. With the Acting Chairman format, we meet twice a month to work in depth on two levels: your personal development and the leadership and strategy of your startup.
What does it involve?
It’s the individual version of Reflexiones: a 1:1 space where we work directly and without distractions on two interconnected dimensions:
- You as a leader: relationships, well-being, purpose, decision-making, energy management.
- Your startup: strategy, fundraising, team, product, culture, execution.
This is not one-off consulting or generic coaching. It’s close partnership with the perspective of someone who has been there before and can help you see further and act with clarity.
Why choose Mano a Mano?
- Total focus: you don’t share time with other participants.
- Depth: space to go beyond the surface on complex topics.
- Absolute confidentiality: what we discuss stays between us.
- Actionable outcomes: every conversation ends with clarity and concrete next steps.
- Governance & high-level strategy: support in board structuring and participation in quarterly meetings to align the team, investors, and strategy.

💡 About the origin of the program: Reflexiones was born from a post I wrote about how we live much of our lives on autopilot, without stopping to ask whether what we’re doing really makes sense. You can read it here: We mostly live on autopilot
